Terms of Use

PLEASE NOTE: By downloading or taking possession of this product via electronic or physical methods you agree inherently to adhere to the following:

1. Athena/Studio Incognito retains all rights to the graphics contained in this product and may modify the terms of usage at any time. The graphics have been created at 300dpi resolution to give the individual the option to print out their creations. However, you may modify the size and color, addition or subtraction of the graphics contained within this product to fit your creative vision; you may not however, claim the product as your own, include it in any archive/website, commercially market, or distribute in any way, except with the express written permission of Athena/Studio Incognito and as outlined below.

2. You may use this product in creating elements or papers for sale, provided they are a finished product derived from my original work, as a flattened, single layer file.

3. You may not re-package or re-sell these as templates, shapes, brushes,styles, etc.

4. This product may not be used for harmful, racial or hateful purposes, or in any material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another individual.

5. Studio Incognito/Athena shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this product.

6. You may not sell these designs to another company for mass production.

7. You may not use this product in part or in whole in any other way or fashion other than what is outlined above.

8. Credit is appreciated, but not required.
